Why I’d buy this unit
You’d be hard-pressed to find a better class of ocean view in any other Kihei condo under $700,000. I love that you can go one flight of stairs down from your unit (or a quick elevator ride) and be just steps away from Sugar Beach! If you’d like a ground floor unit be sure to check out Sugar Beach #127 which is priced at $710,000.

Why I’d buy this unit
I like the fresh and stylish interior of this unit which was remodeled in 2015. There’s easy-care porcelain tile flooring throughout the main floor and I love the beautiful grain of the wood counter that wraps around the main granite counter in the kitchen.

Second floor units at Maui Kamaole have been fetching increasingly high prices these days and I would say that the view at A208 justifies it’s asking price. Why I’d buy this unit
Personally, I think these second-floor units have a great layout. The loft suite upstairs has it’s own private lanai space and the lanai off the living room is rather spacious, overall this floor plan feels spacious and well designed. Unit A208 could use some modernizing touches but it’s hard to beat that juicy ocean view!

2BR units very rarely come up for sale at Koa Lagoon, the last time there was a unit available for purchase was back in April 2015. The quality of the remodel for Unit #107 is very impressive!

Royal Mauian Unit #204 (MLS #378009) is priced at $1,390,000. Why I’d buy this unit
Even though the Royal Mauian is a rather large complex, I absolutely love the oceanfront location and the ability to walk right onto Kamaole Beach. This particular unit offers a view that I simply treasure: the long stretch of beach plus the dramatic vistas of the West Maui mountains. Also, my favorite sushi restaurant on Maui, Koiso, is right across the street!
