We’ve seen a few notable recent sales at Maui Lani within the well established neighborhoods including a big sale at The Bluffs at Maui Lani and The Island at Maui Lani.

79 Kamaiki Circle (MLS #358643) sold on 03/07/2014 for $1,350,000. This is a remarkable 3 bedroom house in The Bluffs at Maui Lani directly fronting the Dunes at Maui Lani Golf Course. I had the great pleasure of photographing this home back in 2008 must say it is an exceptional quality home with one of the best locations in the Bluffs.
Recent sale in The Island at Maui Lani 28 Lanipo Place
28 Lanipo Place (MLS #359048) was the first sale in The Island at Maui in 2014. This 3BR/2BA home with 1,538 sqft sold on 02/19/2014 for $620,000. This home went under contract a mere 11 days after coming on the market!
We’ve previously reported about how sales prices are up at The Island at Maui Lani and it’s great to see the sales momentum continuing in this community.
Maui Lani Pending home sales
7 Loihi Place is the only pending home sale in The Island at Maui Lani
Right now there are 26 pending home sales throughout all of Maui Lani. Almost all of these sales are for the new construction homes at The Parkways (13 pending sales) and New Traditions (12 pending sales), the only pending sale within an established neighborhood is for 7 Loihi Place located in The Island at Maui Lani.
